A leading international company in the cable and pipe sealing solutions industry is expanding its operations and establishing offices in Greece. The organization is known for delivering innovative solutions that ensure safety and efficiency across various industries, including marine, energy, infrastructure, and equipment manufacturing.
Main Responsibilities:
The Finance Operations Officer will be instrumental in setting up and managing the new office by:
- Overseeing financial operations, including reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management
- Managing administrative functions to ensure efficient back-office processes
- Coordinating with external vendors for outsourced accounting, payroll, and tax services
- Supervising external warehouse logistics and maintaining inventory controls
- Supporting internal audits and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations
- Collaborating with international teams to align with corporate strategies and objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in a multinational subsidiary (10-20 employees)
- Proven track record in managing or deputizing within an Administration and Finance department
- Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
