Main Responsibilities:

The Finance Operations Officer will be instrumental in setting up and managing the new office by:

• Overseeing financial operations, including reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management
• Managing administrative functions to ensure efficient back-office processes
• Coordinating with external vendors for outsourced accounting, payroll, and tax services
• Supervising external warehouse logistics and maintaining inventory controls
• Supporting internal audits and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations
• Collaborating with international teams to align with corporate strategies and objectives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in a multinational subsidiary (10-20 employees)
• Proven track record in managing or deputizing within an Administration and Finance department
• Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
