In this role you will perform the duties of an experienced labor and employment attorney managing employment litigation and a variety of employment-related matters while advising clients on complex legal issues. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your cases independently, with flexibility that supports a healthy work-life balance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Offer legal advice to clients and represent them in court proceedings
- Draft and prepare claims, contracts, or other documentation
- Conduct thorough legal research and stay updated on employment legislation
- Manage various aspects of employment litigation, including motion hearings, mediations, and depositions
- Prepare trial materials and participate in or support pretrial, trial, and post-trial proceedings
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a labor attorney
- Qualified to practice as a lawyer in Greece, holding a Greek law degree and bar admission
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude, teamwork spirit and effective communication skills
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- High integrity and ethics in business and personal conduct
