In this role, you will perform the duties of an experienced labor and employment attorney, managing employment litigation and a variety of employment-related matters while advising clients on complex legal issues. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your cases independently, with flexibility that supports a healthy work-life balance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic legal counsel to corporate clients on employment law matters, including employment contracts, terminations, workplace policies, and regulatory compliance
- Support clients with internal investigations, restructuring plans, and sensitive employee relations issues
- Review, draft, and update employment agreements, HR policies, and internal guidelines in line with Greek and EU labor regulations
- Conduct legal risk assessments and compliance audits for businesses and HR departments
- Deliver client training on labor law topics such as disciplinary procedures, workplace harassment, and changes in legislation
- Monitor labor law developments and proactively advise clients on potential impacts and necessary adjustments
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience as a labor and employment lawyer, with a focus on consulting/advisory services
- Qualified to practice as a lawyer in Greece, holding a Greek law degree and bar admission
- Strong client service orientation with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and a strategic mindset
- Strong sense of ownership, integrity, and professional ethics
