Chrysanthi Zervou

Chrysanthi became an HR professional because of the value that this field brings to organizations through its different aspects. Although her career started in sales, throughout her experience in different companies she confirmed her love for Human Resources Management and decided to get her Master’s degree in this field.

She has a bachelor’s degree in social policy and a Master’s degree in HRM by AUEB. Her professional experience includes: Nike Retail Hellas where she got to know the procedures of a multinational company related to sales, Praktiker Hellas as a member of the Sales Management Trainee Graduate Program and then as a store department manager trainee, and Watt+Volt in the commercial department. She has also been a finalist in the 5th general cycle of Regeneration, and a volunteer for the Smile of the Child.

Searchlight came into her life in 2022 and she believes that the purpose and values that govern it perfectly match her personal principles and aspirations.
