Despina Grigoriou

Despina has more than 20 years of international experience in the field of Human Resources working with talent on both operational and strategic levels. Holding a strong technology mindset, has led and implemented programs on a global scale enabling executives meet successfully their business priorities and talent needs.

Despina started her career in 2000 when joined Athens International Airport S.A. as a Training Analyst. Two years later she moved in Coca-Cola Hellas S.A. where she worked under different HR functions while the last role she held was Regional Compensation & Benefits Supervisor for Greece & Israel. In 2006, she decided to move to Argentina where she joined Accenture, and until 2017 she held various global-scale team leader and managerial roles, focusing on the areas of Executive Compensation, Equity, Performance Management, Promotions to Leadership and, Inclusion & Diversity. Coming back to Greece, she collaborated as a Senior HR Consultant with Compact S.A. and Being Essential S.A. on projects related to HRIS system integration and blended learning programs’ design for Leadership.

In March 2023, Despina joined Searchlight as Senior Consultant working on projects focusing on Total Rewards, HR Audits, Leadership Development Programs’ design, Strategic HR Development and Digital HR platforms.
