Virginia Argyratou

Virginia is an Executive Search Consultant with broad experience in senior level recruitment, bringing a different look, broadening diversity, talent acquisition, talent retention and integration.

In the beginning of her professional journey, Virginia joined Creme dela Creme a recruiting Agency in Athens initially as a Consultant, and three years later as an Assessment Manager having the responsibility of middle level positions including the use of psychometric tools.

She then joined Stanton Chase International as a Principal Consultant, having the responsibility of Life Sciences & Health Care Practice. She also has experience in projects in other industries such as Consumer, Retail, Tourism and Hospitality. After almost seven years she became Partner.

In 2020, she decided to stand up her own, started her own business as a psychologist and career counsellor based on her previous experience and her studies.

In June 2021, she joined Searchlight Partners Executive Search where she specializes in Life Sciences &Healthcare, as well as in Tourism and Hospitality.
