Yiannis Koutrakis

Υiannis has more than twenty-five years of experience in the field of human resource management having worked in some of the largest companies in the world, both for Greece and at European level.

Yiannis has experience in several multinational companies across different industries, with local or regional scope: he has worked with DHL International, the Athens International Airport (AIA), Adecco, Coca-Cola Hellas, Microsoft, IBM, ELLAKTOR, and Printec Group.

During his career Yiannis has led strategic transformations in the field of human resources and participated in large-scale projects, including: the development of the new Athens International Airport, the Athens 2004 Olympic Games, the establishment of Adecco in Greece, the culture change program for Microsoft Hellas, and the creation of new HR models and systems for IBM Southeast Europe. His areas of expertise include people strategy, organizational development, leadership development, talent management and development, performance management, remuneration and benefits, employees’ engagement and employer branding.

During his career he has participated in many trainings and certifications, has been a speaker at a large number of conferences and has written articles in magazines and newspapers.
